Church website. We form a traditional
Church of Scotland Parish Church. Ours
is a warm and friendly congregation. Our
sanctuary was built in 1908 by donations
mostly from mining families. It is a

run a week long holiday club during the
school summer break each year. This is a
fantastic week of stories, games, craft,
singing, meeting new friends and a whole
lot more! It is aimed at children aged

Seafield Parish Church
is OPEN for Worship
The Church has been open now for
some time and
following guidelines from Church
of Scotland and the
Scottish Government we are take
remaining 2 metres apart,
hands sanitised on entry and
name and contacted details taken
and everyone must wear a face
We Can NOW sing.
We have two services of worship:
11am and 12noon,
which adheres to Tier 1
guidelines of between 35-50
people. We are fortunate enough
to have a large hall, with
separate entrance and exit, so
we can live stream the
service, through our camera, to
the hall too.
We have in place a rota system:
Sunday 13th June: Communion
11am: people with second names
beginning with A-L
12noon: people with second names
Sunday 20th June:
11am: Second name M-Z
12noon: Second name A-L etc…

As we are currently closed due to the
Coronavirus pandemic, why not watch some

We hold public services of worship on
Sundays at 11:00am. On the 1st Sundays
of February, June and November and on
Easter Sunday we celebrate Holy
Communion. We hold extra services in the
weeks before Christmas and Easter.
